Return and Refund Policy 

At frostdrop, operated by Bazaar Nexbuy Solutions, we design every piece of clothing with care, and we want your shopping experience to feel just as thoughtful. While we hope your new wardrobe picks are everything you imagined, we understand that returns sometimes happen. Whether it's a change of mind or something just didn’t work out, we're here to make the process as smooth and fair as possible.

This policy is your go-to guide for how returns and refunds work on our platform. When we say “we,” “our,” or “us,” we mean frostdrop. And “you” means any customer who makes a purchase from us.


Returning an Item? Here’s What We Accept

To keep things simple and fair for all our shoppers, we accept returns only when certain conditions are met. An item is eligible for return if it:

  • Is in its original, unused state
  • Has not been washed, worn, or altered
  • Comes with original tags, packaging, and labels intact
  • Is free from damage, stains, or strong odors

All return requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order. Any requests after that window, or returns sent without our approval, won’t qualify for refund or exchange.


How to Request a Return

Starting a return is easy. Just send us an email at bazaarnexbuysolutions@gmail.com with the following details:

  • Your Order ID
  • A short explanation for the return
  • Clear images if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Once we review your request, we’ll get back to you with the next steps. Only items that meet our return criteria will move forward in the process.


What Happens After You Return It

Once your returned item reaches us, our team inspects it with care. If everything checks out, we’ll:

  • Approve the return
  • Issue a refund to your original payment method
  • Send a confirmation email once it’s processed

Refunds typically reflect within 5 to 7 business days. If the item doesn’t pass our inspection, we’ll notify you. 


Partial Refunds? Only in Rare Cases

When a returned item only partly meets the criteria, such as slight wear or missing packaging, a partial refund may be considered. These cases are evaluated individually and are at our discretion.


Received the Wrong or a Damaged Item?

We never want that to happen, but if it does, we’ve got your back. If you receive:

  • An incorrect item
  • A damaged or defective product

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos or videos. After verification, we’ll arrange a return, replacement, or refund as needed.
