FAQ

Where do design ideas begin?
Usually, it starts with a mood, a feeling, or something we wish existed. The spark could be a blurry morning or a forgotten photo that simply makes sense.

Is your team collaborative?
Incredibly. Every piece is touched by many hands and minds. From sketch to stitch, it’s a collective rhythm of feedback, debate, and shared obsession with softness.

How long does a design take?
It varies. Some pieces whisper themselves into being. Others take rounds of tweaking, testing, and letting go. We trust time to tell us what’s worth keeping.

What do you prototype first?
Fit, always. Before fabric, color, or detail, we ask: does it move right? Can it hold a mood? If it doesn’t pass the comfort test, it’s out.

How should I wash and maintain my clothes?
Each product comes with a care label, but in general, we recommend cold washes, gentle cycles, and air drying to preserve fabric integrity.

Do your clothes shrink after washing?
Our fabrics are pre-treated to minimize shrinkage. However, following the recommended care instructions helps maintain the original fit and feel.

Are your fabrics fade-resistant?
Yes, we use color-locking technology to ensure long-lasting vibrancy. Washing in cold water and avoiding harsh detergents will help preserve the color.

Can I machine wash all your products?
Most of our garments are machine washable, but delicate fabrics may require hand washing or dry cleaning. Always check the care instructions for best results.

What makes a design ‘worth keeping’?
It needs to feel easy, last through life, and dress mornings without drama. If it makes comfort stylish and decisions simpler, it’s something we want again and again.

Do you follow seasonal trends?
We don’t chase trends. We respond to moods and pace. If a color or shape makes sense with how we’re living, it naturally earns a moment in collection.

What’s your favorite detail to design?
The part you notice second, like a subtle neckline dip or fabric weight. The small things you feel, even if you don’t immediately see.

What role does fabric play?
Everything starts with fabric. How it breathes, folds, and touches skin decides what we make. If it doesn’t feel effortless, the design isn’t something we pursue.
